Archana Mundhe's Essential Indian Instant Pot Cookbook brings creamy butter chicken. All of which to say, the Instant Pot excels at a lot of things, but they all boil down to: comfort food. Instant Pot excels at making pot roast, quick and easy chicken and rice, and one-pot meals for weeknights and dinner parties alike.
