Fresh fruit tarts are wonderful for holiday baking. Here's a tasty one using slices of delicious plum, peach, and kiwi.
Ingredients:
Crust:
Filling:
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, softened and sliced
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping:
Sliced plum, peach, and kiwi

There are two main changes made:
- Slices of plum, peach, and kiwi are used instead of strawberries, kiwi slices, blueberries, and raspberries.
- Did not use the glaze mix because I wanted the natural taste and look of the fruits.
Last, but not least, be sure that you have a tart pan with a loose removable bottom. Helps out quite a bit.
